• Seasonal 5-Application Lawn Fertilization & Weed Control Program

Our flagship program and the foundation of a healthy lawn.

​

This seasonal program is designed to strengthen root systems, improve turf density and color, and provide consistent weed control throughout the growing season—while helping lawns withstand heat, drought, and wind.

What’s Included

• Five professionally timed applications

• Turf-safe pre-emergent weed prevention in the first application

• Spot weed control throughout the season

• A balanced combination of liquid and stabilized granular fertilizers

• A fall winterizer focused on root health and nutrient storage (no unnecessary herbicides)

How the Program Works

This program operates on a 6–7 week application cycle, beginning in April and continuing through fall.

Applications are scheduled by areas of town, allowing us to work efficiently and apply treatments when lawns are actively growing. Because of this, most first applications occur in May, even though the program begins in April.

​

A late-May application is just as effective as an early-season application. Our fall winterizer provides early spring nutrition, allowing us to wait until conditions are right rather than rushing early applications and missing weed activity.

​

This is a seasonal program with a 3-application minimum.
The 5-application program is recommended for best results.

​

• Liquid Aeration

A modern, more efficient alternative to traditional mechanical aeration.

Liquid aeration:

• Relieves soil compaction

• Improves water and nutrient penetration

• Promotes deeper, stronger root growth

• Enhances overall soil efficiency

Unlike mechanical aeration, liquid aeration:

​

• Produces no messy soil plugs

• Eliminates the risk of damaging sprinkler heads or irrigation lines

This service can be applied spring, summer, or fall, with the best results when performed in spring and fall. It can be done once per year or incorporated into an ongoing lawn health plan.

Weed Control Services

Targeted weed control solutions designed to manage problem areas that fall outside of standard lawn care. These services focus on prevention, control, and long-term results for non-turf and custom-treated areas.

• Guaranteed Pre-Emergent Weed Control (Non-Turf Areas)

Season-long weed prevention for areas where grass does not grow—backed by a full-year guarantee.

​

This service is ideal for:

• Rock and landscaped areas

• Gravel driveways

• Bare soil areas

• Gaps in concrete and hardscapes

​

Applications are typically performed in the spring but can be applied any time of year depending on customer needs and conditions.

​

Our Guarantee

If weeds return in treated areas, we will reapply at no additional cost for the entire year. Simply contact us, or we’ll address problem areas while already on-site for lawn applications.

This guarantee applies only to non-turf areas.

A streamlined, lower-cost option for customers who only need weed control in alleyways.

This service uses the same professional product and full-season guarantee as our pre-emergent program but is limited to alleyways only.

Tree & Shrub Care Services

Cheyenne’s soils, wind, and climate put trees under constant stress. Proper nutrition and protection are critical to long-term survival.

• Deep Root Tree Fertilization

One of the most important services we offer for tree health. This low-salt, microbe-activated fertilizer is injected directly into the root zone, where it improves nutrient availability and supports strong root development.

​

• Applied once per season (typically fall)

• Nutrients are absorbed in spring and continue feeding throughout the year

• Safe for trees — no dehydration or burning

• Far more effective than store-bought tree spikes

​

In Wyoming’s nutrient-poor soils, deep root fertilization is one of the best things you can do for your trees, aside from proper watering.

​

• Tree Beetle Spray

A critical preventative service for evergreen trees. This treatment is applied in spring before the first beetle flight. A single application provides 12 months of protection.

​

• Prevents infestations that can kill trees

• Can be used preventatively or in early reactionary situations

• Designed for pine and spruce trees

• Not applied to cedar or juniper trees due to natural insect resistance

Once beetles infest a tree, damage is often irreversible. Proper timing and prevention are key to protecting your investment.

• Evergreen Waxing

A fall-only protective treatment applied from November through December.

Evergreen waxing helps protect trees from:

• Winter burn

• Wind desiccation

• Sun scald

This service is especially beneficial during harsh Wyoming winters.

Insect Control Services

We offer two distinct insect control options based on prevention or immediate need.

​

• Foundation Insect Spraying Program (Preventative)

This 3-application program creates a protective barrier around your home’s foundation to help prevent insects from entering.

​

Typical application timing:

• Late spring

• Mid-summer

• Early fall

​

Treatments are liquid-applied and do not use toxic baits.

​

• Lawn Insect Treatments (As Requested)

Targeted treatments for nuisance insects such as mosquitoes and gnats.

​

• Applied only when issues arise

• Not preventative

• Frequency depends on insect pressure and seasonal conditions

​

Available upon request throughout insect season.
