No. We service lawns by areas of town to stay efficient and keep costs down while applying treatments at the right time for each area. Different parts of Cheyenne green up at different rates, so it’s normal for some lawns to be treated earlier or later within the application window.

Yes—absolutely. A late-May application is just as effective as an early-season application. Our fall winterizing fertilizer provides early spring nutrition, allowing us to wait until conditions are right instead of rushing applications too early.

We operate on a 6–7 week application schedule and return approximately every six weeks throughout the season for a total of five applications (or fewer if requested). Applications typically run from mid-April through fall. If you’re enrolled in the program, you’re on the schedule—even if your first visit occurs later within the application window. Our program requires a minimum of three applications. However, our 5-application seasonal program is recommended and provides the best overall results.

No. Fertilizer burn is caused by cheap products or fillers found in store-bought fertilizers. We use only high-quality professional fertilizers with no fillers, applied at safe rates. There is no risk of burning with our applications.

No. Lawn weed control is influenced by many factors such as weather, irrigation, mowing habits, and overall weed pressure. While spot weed control is included in our lawn fertilization program, results will vary. In general, we expect 80–90% effectiveness from a weed control application. Results typically last 2–4 weeks. Any regrowth after about two weeks is usually new weeds emerging from seed and is not included in the previous application. If results are ever different than expected, please contact us.
