By signing up for our services, you signify your agreement to have services performed, and this commitment is ongoing. All of our services are seamlessly continued each year unless canceled over phone or written notice. This ensures the uninterrupted maintenance of your lawn's health and protection, providing you with a hassle-free and consistently cared-for landscape. For all services, we will send out a sign-up form annually, this sign-up form will be distributed via email and mail in the early spring. Feel free to sign up on our website or by mailing the form back to us. If adjustments are necessary after enrollment, please communicate changes or cancellations via phone or email.

As a convenient option, you have the choice to pre-pay for our annual lawn fertilizing program or Pre-Emergent. After request, we will send the pre-payment amount with detailed instructions. While pre-payment is voluntary, it offers a 5% discount and can help save you on mailing and billing expenses.

Any potential future rate increases will be communicated via email or mail. Throughout active contract periods, clients retain the right to terminate agreements at any time, following the aforementioned provisions.
